Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Sales Executive to drive adoption of our Micro Distribution - referral & Loyalty software.

This role involves building partnerships, onboarding clients for referrals & Loyalty, and promoting use cases among distributors, merchants, and partner communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall - Identify and onboard enterprises for the MD services.
  • Pitch CACZero concept and MD solutions to brands, agencies, and distribution partners.
  • Assist clients in implementing a referral and loyalty program to boost product and partner engagement.
  • Manage partner relationships to maximize retention and performance.
  • Analyze effectiveness through sales data, commission flows, and program ROI.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partner activation targets.
  • Represent Ally in partner meetings, events, and brand collaborations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Enterprise Sales & Networking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred but not necessary- you should just know how to sell.
  • 2–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or channel growth, ideally in tech, fintech, SaaS, or loyalty industries.
  • Strong understanding of referral-based software or incentive-driven business models.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup environment.
